"THE POWER OF BLESSING"

Whether we realize it or not, our words affect our children's future for either good or evil. We need to speak loving words of approval and accep- tance, words that encourage, inspire, and motivate our family members to reach for new heights. When we do that, we speak blessings into their lives, words that carry spiritual authority much like the Old Testament patriarch's blessing of his children(Gen. 27:1-41). We are speaking abun- dance and increase, declaring God's favor in their lives. But too often, we are harsh and fault-finding with our children. Our negative words will cause our children to lose the sense of value God has placed within them and can allow the enemy to bring all kinds of insecu rity and inferiority into their lives. What are you passing down to the next generation? It's not enough to think it; you must vocalize it. A blessing is not a blessing until it is spoken. Your children need to hear you say words such as, "I love you. I believe in you. I think you're great. There's nobody else like you." They need to hear your approval. They need to feel your love. They need your blessing. Use your words to speak blessing over people. Husbands, bless your wives with your words. You can help set the direction for your employees with your positive words. EL PODER DE LA BENDICIÓN Ya sea que nos demos cuenta de ello o no, nuestras palabras afectan el futuro de nuestros hijos para bien o mal. Necesitamos hablar palabras amorosas de aprobación y aceptación, palabras que alientan, inspiran y motivan a los miembros de nuestra familia a alcanzar nuevas alturas. Cuando hacemos eso, hablamos bendiciones en sus vidas, palabras que llevan autoridad espiritual como la bendición del patriarca del Antiguo Testamento de sus hijos (Génesis 27: 1-41). Estamos hablando abun- dantes y aumentando, declarando el favor de Dios en sus vidas. Pero con demasiada frecuencia, somos duros y culpables con nuestros hijos. Nuestras palabras negativas harán que nuestros hijos pierdan el sentido de valor que Dios ha puesto dentro de ellos y pueden permitir que el enemigo traiga todo tipo de inseguridad e inferioridad a sus vidas. ¿Qué estás pasando a la siguiente generación? No es suficiente pensarlo; Usted debe vocalizarlo. Una bendición no es una bendición hasta que se habla. Tus hijos necesitan oírte decir palabras como: "Te amo, creo en ti, creo que eres genial, no hay nadie como tú". Necesitan escuchar su aprobación. Necesitan sentir tu amor. Ellos necesitan tu bendición. Usa tus palabras para hablar bendición sobre la gente. Maridos, bendigan a sus esposas con sus palabras.
